1st and will be last time visting here. Food/Soft drinks..yes a good selection to choose from but some food items were hard and couldn't be cut into/couldn't eat. Not enough serving spoons/tongs per dish so some had 2 different type of food remains on them. Not good espically if you have food intolerances. Soft Drinks weren't nice at all and defo not fizzy nor are they orginal brands as advertised on menu. No beers or alcohol at all available but yet it is advertised on their Google page. Cleanliness...disgusting. Old food remains on wall, food remains down side of seating booth and on seats, some seats were ripped/tattered. Food remains on floor. Service...slow. had to ask 3 times for dishes to be cleared away before we could go up again. Ended up just put our finished dishes on empty table near us just so we could sit and eat dessert etc. Got charged £7.50 for baby using high chair!! Staff... guy who took drinks order was so rude. Rest of staff not friendly/helpful at all when we spoke to them. Staff pushing past customers to refill food warmers. Accident waiting to happen if that how they refill and noted too as proper heat resistant gloves the staff werent wearing when carrying the trays. Twice had to ask for receipt of bill. And twice got shrug of shoulders and then a reculant receipt printed off as if they didn't want to give it with our change. (Weird) Plenty of customers standing around to wait till someone in their group went outside to nearest cash machine as cards not accepted yet no signs saying cash only yet they advertise card payment on their Google page. Atmosphere..there was non. So disappointed with 1st time experience, wasn't worth the money at all. Toilets...adequate but the baby changing facilities were dodgy looking re not stable/sturdy so...

First of all we went to be seated at a table and then was moved, lady took our drinks order and we waited 25 mins for the drinks, water and 2 jugs of cordial, I didn't receive my Fanta was enjoying our meal untill my partner bite into a raw chicken wing, so checked all the ones we had on our plate and every one was pink in the middle. Said to the waitress and she took it away to show the chef, ( waitress was very nice) she then came back 10mins later to tell me the boss and the chef said they where supposed to be pink in the middle its the way it's cooked, I am a chef and it's definitely not the way it's cooked. Then was very worried about what was on my plate so I cut in to the chicken on mine to then find out that was also raw in the middle. Absolutely disgusting put me off my food and couldn't eat anymore. The boss then offered to take our drinks of the bill for raw chicken 😂 a jug of water and 2 jugs of cordial. I will never return to this place again. We have all been up all night throwing up. Things will be taken further. This is one if the photos I have. When we first arrived as a group of 11, the staff member who brought us to our table was nice. He took our drink order, however many of the drinks were not available. The food was ok. Not amazing, not bad either. The drinks came way after we had started eating. Also, one of the waiters took one of our group members plate without asking, and she wasn’t finished. The desserts as well were not being topped up regularly so were not fresh. HOWEVER, the worst part of the whole experience, and the reason that drove me to leave a review in the first place: cash only. There’s a sign outside that says there MAY be trouble with the card machine and that CASH IS ADVISED. Not mandatory - ADVISED. This wasn’t said to us before ordering or eating. While paying, as a group of 11 we were told we only could pay cash. None of us had a physical card so this proved very difficult to work around. After 30 minutes of transferring money, running around to find a card and getting out cash, they then attempted to overcharge us. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.
