Spoon Street — Restaurant in Belfast

i went into this spoon street with high expectations, it turned out to be the most mediocre, vile experience of my life. more than half of the flavours were out of order and when i pulled on one of them green, clumpy liquid came out of it. there was flies everywhere even though its the winter. my friend got the same amount of ice cream as me but was charged 3 pounds extra and when we went to put sauce in our yogurt there was a dead fly inside the chocolate and the biscoff sauce. my friend nearly choked on a fly in her yogurt and there was flys all around the ice cream. 2/10 experience, would not...

Friendly and patient staff is the only positive about this place. Tables and walls were sticky/had frozen yoghurt on them and lighting was dim - thought the place was closed and would have walked by had I not seen people already in. I feel sorry for the one worker on shift trying to clean, serve and stock the whole place. Frozen yoghurt was an okay quality, and priced by weight means you get what you're willing to pay for, but anecdotally, some of the flavours have tasted off. Always enjoyed an ice cream out of spoon street anytime I was in Belfast. However the last few visits had been pretty poor, the place was a mess and options getting less & less. My last visit there was only maybe 4 of the self serve working.
