Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Birmingham

I just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I was even discriminated against!lIt's really rude and disrespectful. Today I bought coffee at the costa in the University of Birmingham. When I approached a waitress with a ponytail to take my order, she finished the order and told me to stand on the right side. So I went to the right. But after less than 30 seconds (during which time no other customers came in front of her to order), she asked me: Are you waiting for an order? I thought she was asking if I was waiting for my coffee, but I said yes. But then she asked me, what do you need? I realized she was asking if I was waiting for an order. I denied it. Then she rolled her eyes at me. I believe this is a very disrespectful and impolite expression. And knowing that I had just finished ordering, she kept asking me if I still needed to order. Even though she forgot that I had placed an order, she did not express herself clearly when she asked me questions, which caused my misunderstanding, but I did not delay her any work later, and she has no right to...

Can't rate this outlet highly enough,it gets extremely busy during lunchtimes but staff are efficient and always in great spirits. Super friendly.
