Absolutely vile staff and disgusting food !! DO NOT ORDER. Ordered off just eat , took more than an hour to come ! Specifically asked about the chicken before I ordered and got told they were Kentucky fried , came and there beyond foul ! The site says the come with chips yet I received literally no more than 3 fries , I called and the illiterate man said “they only cum wid little chips” I’m outraged , cannot comprehended how they got an order so wrong , especially when I called up before placing the order to specifically ask about the food and received a totally completely different food to what I order ! PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM HERE ! Literally had my order slapped in a bag together , no effort , tasted revolting and nauseating ! Never again..Absolutely awful service, the food didn't arrive and when I phoned, the poor customer service was appalling as he said the driver had knocked the door for half an hour but yet the dog never barked once, I was looking out the window at the only place he could of possibly parked and nobody pulled in, he said he phoned me on a number that doesn't even exist, and blamed me for the food being wasted...and then had the cheek to offer the order to come back out so it never got wasted when it should of arrived half hour prior to the phone call..the nerve is unreal, but every other order on just eat phones me on the same number I've had for the past 2 years. Ordered food at 1418 on Just Eat, was told food would take an hour to arrive. Then they pushed it back to 1535, no phone call to tell us this. At 1548 the food was still late, when I called them about it none of them spoke fluent enough English to speak to me about the issue. In the same way an ATM has Braille on it so people can use the service so too should a customer facing business have employees able to make it accessible. When I called back they hung up on me, when I called back they did not answer, I had to put caller withheld in order for them to speak to me, when they did they were rude to me.
