Dream cafe and restaurant. — Restaurant in Birmingham

Awful. Staff were friendly enough but extremely slow - only 3 tables in the whole restaurant and it took over 40 minutes for us to even get our drinks. Only one waitress working, who had to go out to the shops during our time there - meaning there was no staff available to see to us at some points, only the one chef in the kitchen. Tired, strange and confused decor, dirty chairs and tables, all of the tables had used plates and mugs on them that hadn’t been bothered to be cleared, so even finding a table was a task. At multiple points we wondered whether we should leave, but felt it rude. However when we saw more customers arriving we felt we should tell them to think again. When the food did finally arrive, it was a terrible quality. The sausages were a white colour, and the eggs were overdone. Overall a really strange experience and not one I wish...

We went to Dream as someone recommended to us. It was worth it. We had the best breakfast in town with a really good price. The owner took the commands and she served exactly what we asked for. It is a big space plenty of space on a main road, easy to find. The tables and the whole restaurant were clean and in a beautiful order it was the ketchup, brown sauce and sugar with a touch (flowers). Very comfortable seats and big tables. The business aren't new and students from the area like to go there to eat together and more... I wish I would have found this...

Terrible, dirty tables and floors, nothing available on the menu, cheese sandwich was a toastie with processed cheese in it, absolutely disgusting. Lazy man left in charge while woman went to go to Sainsbury's and he said he couldn't give us bill till she came back. Waited 5 mins she was still not back, we needed to leave he made up a figure and charged us, we questioned it and the amount then dropped by 20p. He said he didn't know amount because he couldn't operate till. Long wait for food also, just a simple pasta and sandwich with fries. Don't waste...
