Flamin' Patties — Restaurant in Birmingham

Went in late on a Friday night they were very busy. Waiter's were good, we got sat down quite quickly and then went up and ordered at the counter.

I ordered the flaming patty burger which is 3 patties topped with whatever toppings you like, you pick out of 16, I got them all because I can. The burger itself looked wicked and everything worked very well I had mushrooms onions lots of salad. Algerian sauce which is wicked. The actually patties themselves could be spicier as I didn't find them hot at all but they were good. Meat was juicy and well seasoned. Price is a bit higher then most places if I'm honest, but not too bad

Service was amazing the waiters are very good, couldn't fault them at all. They are happy to explain anything ,also we're very generous with dips.

Overall it was a decent experience the place is nice and the food is good and the staff are welcoming.

The only negative I would say is the seating is too tight but it is a small place, we were sat too close to another table I mean there was a one person gap between us. It wasn't ideal even without covid I don't like being so close to random people lol. The little covid barrier they have on the table is so pointless the only thing that would stop is the person sat next to me from stealing my food 😂 Don't think it will be any good at preventing covid spreading but I think it's good for stopping people picking at your fries

I first visited here in January this year. It took me 9 months to get back and dine again to write this review. For a place called Flamin' Patties - I'm gonna talk all about the chicken strips. These are the bestest chicken strips in all of Birmingham. They are not marinated in chilli so you can taste the chicken. This is crucial for me. I dont want to have numb lips by the end of the meal and unable to taste anything but heat. They are prepared in the morning and fried to perfection at night. Oh they are so so nice. Next on the menu is their fries. Not your average frozen fries here, no. The fries are made in store from potatoes. They are different class. Delicious and plentiful. I have had a burger from here. It was nice but not outstanding. They have since added smashburgers to the menu, but its gonna be hard to displace the chicken. Really hard.

Next I want to talk about the staff. The staff are excellent. They are friendly, attentive and go the extra mile and stand out over other burger joint servers. On my last visit, i took my housemate who was over for the summer out for his birthday. He's daft about chicken and had his mind blown by the chicken here. On hearing it was his birthday they presented him with a beautiful chocolate brownie and ice cream for me. What a fantastic gesture by fantastic staff. There is good reason that this place gets 4.7/5 as I write this (that is really high for a Brum burger joint and its deserved) - the food and the staff are excellent. Keep up the good work. I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Flamin' Patties. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, and it set the tone for a wonderful meal.

I must commend Jess, our attendant, for her exceptional service. She was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu and willingness to help with our selections added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

Speaking of the menu, the food was nothing short of amazing. We opted for the flaming patty and chicken grilled burgers, and they exceeded our expectations. The flavours were incredible, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. The combination of succulent patties, fresh veggies, and perfectly cooked chicken created a truly mouthwatering experience.

Of course, a shout-out is due to the kitchen staff as well. The burgers were accompanied by a side of perfectly cooked chips that were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - just the way they should be.

Overall, my visit was fantastic. The combination of Jess's excellent service, the warm and friendly staff, and the delicious food made for a memorable dining experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit to savour more of their delectable offerings.
