Sadly, after trying a few places around Birmingham for eyelash extensions, I feel I should share this review in case it helps others. The application itself was fine, no tugging or pulling, which can sometimes happen and the lashes turned out okay.

However, the overall salon experience let it down. Staff were watching TikToks on loud and vaping indoors, it’s a loud, cliquey atmosphere that wasn’t very relaxing. It’s also cash-only, and I had an awkward moment when I needed £5 change and was told, “I don’t carry cash.”

I have been trying to find a good lash tech in birms for years! The retention is crazy. Been in Mexico for almost 2 months, swimming everyday, steam room and sauna every other day. Before attempting to book a LVL lash lift appointment at LBS Salon I phoned in and spoke to Shanice.

Shanice told me that she didn’t have the tint in order to tint my lashes during the lvl.

She asked me to bring my own tint and to request an appointment via Booksy.

To which I did and then was completely ignored by Shanice despite her constantly posting on social media.
