Dropped into Java Roastery HQ while in Birmingham, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. Clean, stylish space with that laid-back buzz that makes you want to linger a bit longer than planned.
I had an Ethiopian blend flat white — served to perfection by someone who clearly cares. Silky texture, balanced flavour, not a hint of bitterness. You can tell they’re proud of their beans, and rightly so. There’s no sense of rushing or pretentiousness either — just proper, thoughtful service and seriously good coffee.

Shout out to Antonio and the rest of the staff, the service is always...
