This is my first and last experience at this dreadful franchise, I came here a few days ago for breakfast. I went into the restaurant to order food, the waiting time for my food to be served was already infuriating, as I waited almost 10 minutes and the restaurant and drive thru was dead. However, this I was willing to look past. What really annoyed me, was the rude and lack of customer service. I am unsure of her name, but my food was served by a rude, ignorant woman (white woman, who had shaved grey hair, wore glasses and was quite old, she was wearing grey uniform with a yellow tie bow on it). When she served me my food, I asked her politely if I could have a napkin with it, as my order included a hot drink. She took out ONE single napkin lol, I asked her for a few more to which she started making a face and showing attitude!? She said something along the lines of their being napkins over by the bins or something but regardless if a customer has asked you for something, is it not YOUR JOB to do it? She was literally giving all this attitude and for WHAT exactly? Does the napkins come out of her wage? Is she paying for them directly? It's not my fault that you're working at Mcondalds mate, if you're not happy then leave rather than being a Karen ! Oh and not to mention, that my hot drink wasn't even full to the brim! Got my order wrong! Only came for a couple of ice creams for the kids and a coke for myself. My coke actually turned out to be a chocolate milkshake!! It wasn't until I had reached a fair distance down the road that I realised. Due to being located on a duel carriageway, it's so awkward going back. When I eventually did get back I had to wait again in the long drive thru queue. After all that I requested that the manager (a young girl, barely out of her teens) refund my order of 2 ice creams and a coke, the grand total of £6.11 for the inconvenience. To my disbelief, she actually refused!! All she offered was to replace the milkshake with the coke, WHAT ABOUT MY INCONVENIENCE! It was YOUR mistake! I decided to refuse either the refund or the coke in the end. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S!
I run a business and I would never ever allow my staff to treat my customers in this manner. The problem is, the lack of basic customer service skills is missing at manager lever, what can you expect from the rest of the staff.

The food is always ready for pick up, but the delivery drivers around here are just....well...Horrible.
They chill about for over 20 minutes, food gets cold, delays, and outright lies. The previous driver said that it "automatically" accepted an order but he never tapped on accept...Said he never knew, which is hard, drivers are the biggest joke and if you're a delivery driver and chill about for a long time....I hope Uber fires you...Even though they will not.
Can't believe cold food is a normal standard because of drivers. And at the very least McDonalds should know if it's sitting there for a while, they should remake the order so it arrives warm/hot.
