Today I have received the answers from Nando’s safety department and how disgusting reasons they have given me for my allergy I am also mentioning this issue in google review so that people can aware about how less concerned Nando’s is about people health
First is about the picture of food, first you have to tell me who would have known that they will get allergic to that food when visiting any restaurant, do you take picture every time you visit any restaurant. I was not aware what would happen to my health after having that meal so how could I take the picture of it
Secondly, you checked your meat and quality of food on that day but have you checked with your team if they had washed it properly or not?? Are you always concern with customer or customers issue and wait for another customer to complain about it your food then only you can take action. One customer or person health is nothing for you you want lots of complaints in due to handle one case, isn’t?? Every person body is different it doesn’t mean you can give silly reasons for it.
Third, You are accepting from me to that I should have gone to duty manager at that time in the restaurant but I think your team is not properly reading my last mail answers. I have clearly mentioned that it happened after I went home so how could I contact with manager at my home.
I am clearly mentioning this time in this mail that I will never go to Nando’s again in my life after this horrible experience from your restaurant staff & safety department’s awful reasons and management. It’s really disgusting that you are giving me £30 voucher for my next visit. How would you think one can go again after this experience of my health issues which could be that serious that I have to call an emergency my GP clearly mentioned to me and also I have sent you proof of this before.

Read moreNot very happy. I went with my children after a very long movie. We were at the door and the guy took our names and told us there would be a 15 minutes wait. We agreed. In this time I asked at the counter if we could buy some soft drinks and some nuts whilst we waited. The guy said it would be fine. I left my kids there and went towards the front door to make a phonecall. I turned around as I had forgotten to tell my kids what name I had given. Only to find the reception waiter trying to tell my son off for having food without a table. I asked what the problem was. He said we couldn't have food if we didn't have a table. I told him to ask his counter staff about this as I was told I could order drinks and nuts while we waited. Anyway he apologised and shortly after we were seated. I ordered food and my children went and got sauces and cutlery. There were no plates. About 15 minutes later the food arrived and I asked for some plates as there were none available in the self serve area. The guy went behind the counter and brings back 3 plates. In this time I had noticed there was no peri peri salt on the chips as I had ordered but I couldn't show the guy as I was not given a receipt when I ordered. The guy said it was ok and went to get salt. In this time I looked at the plates he bought. My two sons (13 and 16) were laughing because the top plate had food stains on it. I thought this was bad. When the guy came back I told him about the dirty plate. I told him not to worry as we could use that as a bone plate. He looked at the other two plates and one had dried on food on it. He left us with the top plate, took two away and came back with two more plates. He totally forgot there were three of us. My son went to the service area and there were no plates, he asked for one whilst there and was told they were all in the dishwasher and the staff member would bring one to the table. After ten minutes my son went and asked again. He was finally given one. Although the place was clean and the food was hot this was not what I expected. Read moreSo I just came form Nandos Broad street. Customer service was beyond appalling. I made a phone order at about 22.10, the man on the phone could not hear me properly so he went down the corridor to make a note of my order (still managed to get my name wrong), he had told me it would be in and around 15-20mins, which seems fair as I have been to Nandos plenty of times. I turned up at 22.25, 15mins later. The lady could not find my order, after a few minutes looking while the queue build up, she had realised my name was written wrong. Once we finally got passed that, she had told me to take a seat and that my food was not ready. She told me side orders were made when the customer turned up, so that they do not go cold. This seemed like a good idea, however, as mentioned above, this was not the first time I have been to Nandos, so I knew this was not something that had always been done. Nonetheless, I took a seat. I waited around for another 15mins! This is when I decided to just let someone know, I was still waiting. They seemed understaffed so I tried to be patient, but no one took any notice of me for another 10 minutes. I had now been waiting about half an hour. Once I did find a member of staff, she had told me it would take another few minutes! This is when I decided to I wanted to cancel my order, I had my other half waiting outside parked at an awkward place as we did not anticipate it would take this long. She had then realised I was rather annoyed, and tried to hurry the process and asked me to wait just a moment, at this point my sides had been sitting at the coordination area for another few minutes while I just stared at them, no one was around to actually put them in a bag. Once I sat back down, another member ordered me a dessert. I mean, that would have been fine if I had my meal already but come on I had not even got my main and you think I will wait another hour for you to get my dessert!
