Shoking service! Rude staff!

This establishment doesnt deserve any stars! My friend and i left our coats and bags in the cloakroom, at the end of the night when we returned to get our things we gave our tickets to the staff and they returned with my belongings but gave my friend someone elses coat, we told the staff that this wasnt the right coat and we described the items to them however they were reluctant to return my friends belongings. We were asked to move away from the cloak room by the bouncers, we explained the situation that we were trying to get our things back and we continued to try and sort out the problem with the staff untill the bouncers physically moved us out of the way. I asked to speak to a manger and i was confronted with insults! I had not being drinking alchohol as im newly pregnant and the manager told me that i was too drunk to know what i was saying. She also said that i was lieing and was reluctant to accept any sort of responsibility for not taking care of my friends belongings. We were told that we had to wait for everyone to leave and if my friends things were still there then she could have them back. This is absolutely discusting service, not only were my friends belobging not kept safe, the staff, the manager and the bouncers were all reluctant to help us, refused to accept any responsibility and were extremely rude! When at a club i expect my belonging to be safe in the cloakroom clearly that is not the case at snobs! Difinately would not recomend going here its not...

You fancy paying my phone contract guys? Really poor way of handling multiple phones being stolen in one evening. Completely appreciate if one or two phones were stolen there’s not much you can do. However, when multiple phones are stolen all in the same area so little was done and the people involved were in a right flap about it. You essentially let someone go in and steal phones! Really don’t see what the problem was with requesting people to show their pockets on the way out cause if you’re juggling several phones in there it’s pretty obvious, especially when you’re searching them on the way in. Don’t understand why no one was notified as in an announcement so other people in the club was aware their phones were potentially at risk. No one was getting angry who had their phones stolen yet we were treated like idiots and you wouldn’t even ring me a taxi to get home! Just pointed to the expensive black cabs out side. Such a shame as I hate to be negative but feel really let down, feel some places would have taken it more seriously. Especially when you had a description of the guy going round doing it! I get petty theft can happen anywhere and it is your own responsibility to look after your own property but you would expect as a popular establishment you would take better precautions to prevent someone going around stealing phones. Don’t matter for you guys though people are still gonna go in and spend money so it’s no problems for you. If you felt you had done enough please...

Rude manager and bar staff. I have been going to Snobs for over 10 years. My drink was taken by a glass collector when it was full and right next to where I was sitting. I noticed it had disappeared when I went to drink my drink after talking to my friends. Both my friend's drink and mine had been taken. Unusually, the empty glasses remained...

When the bar staff were asked, one woman rolled her eyes at me and told me to buy another drink. I asked to speak to a manager.

The manager apologised for the bar staff's behaviour and said it would be dealt with. When asked about checking with glass collectors /CCTV about my drink, she refused. She rudely asked if I had been looking at my drink. I said no: you shouldn't have to be staring at your nearly full drink for it not to be removed She repeated: 'were you looking at your drink?' I repeated what I had said. She said if a drink is not being looked at, it is not attended. When my friend asked about it further, we were removed by bouncers for 'raising' our voices in a loud club... The bouncer asked to speak to us outside Once outside he said we could not re-enter the club. When asked why we were removed, he said that he didn't know and that 'they' paid his wages and he did as he was told. The security staff would not tell me the manager's name.

Disgusting customer service. The manager has not got a clue on how to deal with customers. I will not be going to...
