Pepe's — Restaurant in Birmingham

RUDE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF, TOO SLOW AND POOR SERVICE.

Believe me, Very very poor service. Cold food every time. On 6 Jan 2017 evening, I had to wait 45 minutes, when the rude lady said 15 minutes, for just 2 normal chicken burgers on their own and wedges and it still wasn't ready, so I just walked out of their and nobody even consider to stop me or apologise. Secondly, very unfriendly staff. A lady on the till is the most rude server I have ever seen in my life. She was literally fighting with a customer over the phone in front of me and other customers when she should've apologised because it was her mistake clearly. Thirdly, very racist people except just 2 senior men. Me being a Sikh got my order late every time I visited there, they don't pay attention at all and it's clearly visible that they don't like people from other communities because they are all Muslims. I don't have anything against Islam but they certainly have. A probably Hindu guy order his food a while ago even before me and it was still not ready yet, he came in and was told a few more minutes, that guy's name was SAGAR I think. Poor Guy. I gave them so many chances, but it's over now. Never visiting this place again in my life. And if you're not a Muslim, you should consider...

Customer service: ZERO 0% Satisfaction: ZERO 0% Just imagine went with ur pregnant wife and she was starving waiting 30-40 minutes asking 6 -7 times then end up getting nothing bcz of after taking Order he put the receipt under his till not to kitchen end up getting nothing how would you face to ur wife.

I went tonight with my pregnant wife she was starving after waiting 30 minutes I asked about my order 6 times say not ready then they were looking everywhere my order couldn’t find anywhere then he released he never given to kitchen bcz he was busy chating to his friend after taking my order.then he said sry brother no chicken take something else.he wasn’t speaking English very good I asked for refund u can imagine how pissed I was .I would not be recommend anyone and I myself never going. iam proper Pepe’s lover I have driven 6 miles can’t explain how pissed iam.
