Forget bland, run-of-the-mill desserts. Pink Coconut is a haven for those with a serious sweet tooth, offering an explosion of flavors and textures that will tantalize your taste buds. From the moment you step inside, the inviting ambiance and mouthwatering aromas will have you drooling. The menu boasts a delectable selection of creative concoctions, from towering cakes and decadent milkshakes to unique ice cream flavors and picture-perfect parfaits. Whether you're a chocolate fiend or a fruit fanatic, there's something to satisfy every craving. Today we tried the fresh Mango cake with ice cream (served by the exceptional Rachna) and my Giddy Aunt was it amazing, The portions are generous, so be prepared to share (or not, we won't judge!). But be sure to save room for their signature drink - a decadent masterpiece that complements your dessert perfectly. If you're looking for an unforgettable dessert experience, Pink Coconut is the place to go. It's a perfect spot for a special occasion, a casual hangout with friends, or simply a sweet escape from everyday life.

Overall a disappointing visit and expected better. To start with we came today as a party of 8 + 2 kids, they only had one high chair (it’s not a big place but I guess they maybe don’t want to accommodate young families, which is fine but disappointing from our perspective). Where we were seated both times (upstairs and then downstairs) it was not clean. We were unsure if people are meant to be sitting upstairs, it was quite dirty and definitely not regularly cleaned (floor, windows, seats, skirting boards were caked in dust and grime), and the menus we were handed were covered in stains, not exactly a nice start! We then went downstairs as they only had one high chair but that just doesn’t work for us with two 1 year olds in our party, (fair enough it’s a small place), so they offered us a sofa booth. However the sofa booth, the seating was covered in more grime and so many stains, I don't know how this is acceptable, our family didn't really want to sit down, but we had ordered as a party of 8 + 2 kids, and had come from Warwick so takeaway wasn’t really an option. I’m not a clean freak by any standard but the majority of this review consists of poor/basic hygiene standards not being followed. When the food came, the presentation of the desserts was excellent, but I have to give it 2 stars for the fact that my wife was given mouldy raspberries on her Raspberry Ripple waffle dessert, we only discovered at the end the mouldy ones as the others were covered in sauce, and of course you wouldn’t really think about it until you see it. We were offered a refund for the raspberry dessert which was fine, and we were offered to get a new dessert or anything else we wanted to take away, but I politely declined as I wasn’t really feeling it, but I appreciate the gesture. Of course accidents happen, but I just feel overall the experience wasn’t a great one, I’m not going to add negative pictures as it’s not a witch hunt, but the standards of overall cleanliness overall should be much higher, especially for a place with such good reviews. I am disappointed to be writing this review as the food in general was good, I have only attached a pic of the desserts before we ate, to prove we were there lol, and hope this review of the hygiene is taken seriously by the staff and management, hopefully this was just a one off bad experience.

Went with my sister to get a Terry's orange cookie dough and a couple Lotus Biscoff milk cakes. I was aware of a few bad reviews but Pink Coconut seems to be well-reviewed overall, so I thought we were going for a relatively safe option. From the get-go, the person taking our order didn't seem to really know what was going on. Not only that, he lied about having two Lotus Biscoff milk cakes and gave us one Oreo milk cake with Biscoff crumbs and spread poured over the top to hide the fact that it was Oreo. Very well concealed, but quite obvious when one has taste buds and is not blind. A needless bit of treachery here, which gained Pink Coconut nothing but another bad review. The cookie dough is where the constructive criticism comes; it took quite a while to make, but maybe that's just the way cookie dough is. The cookie dough itself wasn't very good; quite dry and just nothing to write home about. It didn't feel like I was biting down on sugar, which was a plus. The presentation wasn't particularly fantastic, and the chocolate sauce and timid half a strawberry did nothing to really help the cookie dough out. Overall, relatively flavourless and not worth buying - imagine eating slightly sweetened, barely orangey dough. That's exactly what it was. Maybe the Ferrero Rocher cookie dough (a classic flavour) is the one I should have gone for, but there's no guarantee that would have been any better. Overall, I wouldn't go to Pink Coconut again. For such a well-reviewed dessert spot, all I was met with was deceit and disappointment.

Ordered from Pink coconut last night for a bit of dessert, I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookie doughs with ice cream and 2 Kinder milkshakes. I was handed 2 separate bags, when I opened the first drink bag one of the drinks had fallen over and spilled everywhere (This could’ve either been the delivery drivers fault our a packaging fault, idk). I then opened my cookie doughs and was a bit confused because it looked like a brownie, after trying to dig my fork into it I realised it wasn’t a brownie it was just black because it was burnt. The cookie was COVERED in chocolate as well which makes me think the restaurant knew it was burnt and just tried to hide it, which is honestly the most frustrating part about this whole thing, just the laziness to re-cook one. I then opened the ice cream and it was completely melted. You can check my account I have never reviewed anything in my life, but the lack of customer service and quality from Pink Coconut was honestly shocking. I wouldn’t recommend.

Booked the top floor of the place for a event which was at 12 was told by a member of staff that the shop will be open for us at the given time, we reach at the shop to find it closed they ended up opening the shop 40 minutes late which ruined the whole event. The attitude from the female who had he face caked in makeup was absolutely disgusting she needs to learn how to speak with customers, she ruined the whole experience not only that the shop was in absolute shambles when we entered 40 minutes late we had to more or less clean the mess ourselves their was dishes from the previous night left on the tables. Just to add to the experience at the end of this horrific experience we were then told to pay £140 in service charges absolutely amazing Go at your own expense definitely not worth it many other good places out there don’t waste you money at this place. ( you need to fire the women who had cake all over her face ) she’s the main reason of me leaving this review
