I've just got in Wednesday 8th December 2022, from visiting Pizza Hut New Street Birmingham. I had Pizza Hut on my mind all day, thinking about how much salad that I am going to load onto my plate, being as I am a vegetarian. We got into Pizza Hut New Street Birmingham feeling extremely hungry. We ordered our food, l chose Cheese n Macaroni, and was looking forward to the salad. We were served, l started to eat the Cheese n Macaroni, paused...it was not piping hot but warmish (so I was not happy with the temperature of the food). I later went to get some salad, l made my way eagerly to the salad bar, l saw empty containers, the member of staff had already cleared away all the salad whilst there were still customers in the restaurant. We were new customers and already they started to clear away the salad (which they should of left until all customers had left). I sat down very dissatisfied and carried on eating the warmish Cheese n Macaroni with no enthusiasm!
To make matters worse, as we ate the staff started cleaning, l do not want to be sitting there with staff passing by holding a bug dirty full bag of rubbish, and passing by our table holding a large blue dust bin. Neither do l want to see staff cleaning and dismantling items, and leaving a dirty brush stick behind my daughter's back while she was eating.
The atmosphere was not correct. When l use to work in restaurants, we (waited) for the last customers to leave, then and only then we started to clear away the food/buffet bar, and cleaned up.
The only cleaning that should be done in view of the customers, is when customers have either finished with thier plate and awaiting more food, or when other customers have left thier table the plates and cups should be removed and the table cleaned and reset for the next customers. If food or whatever is on the floor, yes it should be cleaned up asap.
I do not want to be eating and watching staff dismantling items and the salad bar behind my back. I came in especially for the salad.
I do not want to feel that l have to rush eating, when the staff are clearing away far too early.
This was my experience of Pizza hut New St Birmingham on my first and probably last visit.
There are timing issues there, and food...
Read moreBackground: My girlfriend and I visited Pizza Hut in Birmingham, where we had various errands to attend to. The scene was lively and it was hard for the kitchen staff to keep up with the continuous pizza production for the all you can eat buffet. However, I do commend the front of house staff, as they were exceptionally attentive.
I consumed 14 pizza slices during my visit, along with an array of salads, sauces, and a bowl of ice cream. I am accustomed to eating large quantities of food, and fourteen pizza slices constitute a normal serving size for me. I was content with my meal afterwards. Subsequently in the coming hours, I experienced a prolonged bout of diarrhea which lasted approximately four days.
My girlfriend consumed a limited number of pizzas and felt satisfied with her dining experience. I hold the opinion that the amount of pizza consumption on my part did not primarily contribute to my condition, and it is plausible that the ice-cream may have been the instigating factor, as my girlfriend reported experiencing similar symptoms.
Summary: Attentive front of house
My evaluation of the pizzas reveals an extremely disappointing meat quantity limited to a few streaks spread throughout each disk.
Explosive diarrhea, possibly due to the ice cream dispenser.
I have awarded Pizzahut a rating of three stars, an assessment I consider lenient, given the temporary discomfort experienced in my...

If you buy the promo for the buffet time is brilliant, you will have fresh pizzas, actually you can see when come out from the oven, the variety is very good and the salads island is okay, but I’m not a salad person.
And have refill with drinks and ice cream is absolutely amazing, specially if you want give a reward to your kids after hard work at school, plus have kids that finish SATs, deserve every penny that you spend.
Buy have no space for ramp or lift.
