I placed an order with yourselves earlier spent the last bit off money that I had for a treat for me and my son, I never received anything after waiting 2 hours and rang repeatedly for help and assistance which I never got!! I’m currently still waiting and have nothing else or any way off eating now, when I spoke to a staff member she was rude very patronising and talked to me like I was a child and took no responsibility for what had happened!! I’m disgusted in what has happened and will not be returning for for future orders! I feel very let down and really think you need to re think you’re staff as there nothing rude and helped with nothing! Don’t usually leave reviews but feel like this is something that needed to be shared!! Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a lovely evening after being at work all and looking forward to an order that I still have no received!! I’ve had to put one star but it has grieved me to do so as I feel they don’t deserve any but it’s the only way...

Service and Atmosphere don't concern me when I eat out. The only thing that's important is the quality of food and drink. Un fortunately, the food at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen is way below the expected standard, the fries are not freshly cooked and the burger meat is often burned and feels like it has been reheated from an earlier cooking. Both bad practices in my opinion. The fries for SLim chicken are probably from the same bad batch of fries. Although the Chicken wrap was more tolerable than their beef based buddies next door.

The true horror show was experienced at Carluccio's however. This was the first time I have binned a coffee. It was scorchingly hot and extremely bitter. This could be because of an uncleaned machine, poor quality beans, incorrect temperature settings on the machine, incorrect bean settings ore all of the above. Either way, it was the worst Latte I have ever...

So today as a treat 2 former employees of Harry Ramsdems went for lunch at the new local Store within Sainsbury's... sit down and ordered through the app was simple enough. Now comes the over 30 minute wait for food to be brought over. Sadly my partner had to go and remind them we had a order which was sat on a warming stand for good knows how long. Food arrives half cold and the fish was luke warm. The onion rings were very good and hot but sadly the rest of the food was incredibly poor and don't even get me started on the portion size it incredibly small. I think I only counted 16 chips on my plate I nearly paid £7.00

The service sadly was awful no apologies for the late food or nothing... will never be going there again... will say seeing was very clean

Please avoid like the plague use your money wisely and get it from a proper chippy that doesn't...
