Disappointing Experience at Vegan Munch

I ordered from Vegan Munch with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When my food arrived, it was cold and undercooked, which was quite surprising. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, but they claimed the food had been cooked fresh. Yet, it didn't seem that way upon arrival.

To my frustration, they blamed the issue on the Uber driver, which feels like a common excuse nowadays. It’s disappointing to witness such a lack of accountability, especially in the food industry. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, as I didn't feel heard or valued as a customer.

Overall, I cannot recommend Vegan Munch based on my experience. I believe that if a restaurant is going to deliver food, it should be of good quality and meet basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope they can improve their service...

The food from here is spot on, it may seem a little bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for with the size of the portions.

The food is all cooked and prepared just beyond the open top counter so it gives you peace of mind actually being able to see it being prepared right in front of you. It also allows you to see how spotless the kitchen is.

The only reasons I can't give 5 stars is because some of the staff can come across as rude over the phone when you're ordering. The sighing and not responding to the last thing you said makes you feel like you're burdening them, which is a shame because they are friendly when you go into the restaurant.

The only other problem is that I live roughly 5 miles away and delivery to my area is not an option so I have to drive all...

I have been here twice now and had a great experience, the staff were brilliant, super fast servoce and the food was amazing !

There was a misunderstanding regards to the sauce for my wrap, straight away they said we will make you another wrap from scratch, which i thought was very customer focused and went that extra mile for me! we took the wrap as 1 of our party wanted that sauce, but just shows how good the staff are another eg was 1 of our party wanted a specific juice not on menu the staff said we can change things to suit if we wanted, so very accomodating again!

Food was soooo good and we were all struggling to finsh what we had as the portions are really genourous, and best of all they are 100% vegan! Definately worth a visit if you are there ! even if...
