Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Bolton

Don’t often do reviews, but was treated so well and seeing how some people treat staff they deserve medals.

I drink a lot of coffee and see many shops with people doing perfectly adequate jobs but a pleasure to see a manager who clearly is passionate about the drink. It appears to be rubbing off on what must be a new team.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who couldn’t be more pleasant to those who treat them with respect.

The staff are absolutely brilliant at this Costa. Helpful, attentive and friendly. I'm so glad that dogs are allowed in this cafe. I suffer from depression and the dogs make me so happy.
