Greggs — Restaurant in Bolton

PATHETIC!!!! I wanted in a queue for 25mins to be served to purchase one donut for my child! One person serving at the front dealing with walk in breakfast orders. One staff member in the back making delivery orders - even when they didn’t have an order to prepare, didn’t come to the front to help shift the queue. One staff member stocking up the hot items of which no was purchased because too early in the day! Staff complaining about the other - sharing one pen between them and walking into the front and back of the store! Pasty shelves minimal stocked! Seriously your a disgrace! Very slow service, poor staff management...

Arrived at 10.40 and joined the queue. There was 1 lady serving and 3 in the back. She shouted down the queue who wants breakfast which everyone said yes. I got to the front at 10.50. Ordered 2 x bacon and sausage barms and 2 coffees. I paid and got the coffees and was told it would be a couple of minutes for the food. After numerous Just Eat drivers coming in amd taking food away I'd finished my coffee and binned the other as it was cold. I got my food at 11.20 after the bacon was sat on the barms for 5 minutes while the sausages cooked. Absolute joke. Wasted half an hour of my time and money too. Definitely won't be...

I can't understand that a shop that sells products full of sugar as decided to take Salt out of all its savoury products because its not healthy !! I don't enjoy my food when it has not been seasoned with salt and find it very hypocritical and controlling to remove all salt and promote sugar... Very busy outlet and would benefit from more than one staff serving at busy periods. No table cleaning inbetween customers. Small indoor dining area but felt an inconvenience and quiet claustrophobic being sat where other customers where queuing for quite long periods...
