GRILLEVILLE EXPRESS — Restaurant in Bolton

Food is good. But Customer service. I mean for 0.50 Pence. They turned our whole experience from good to worst.

They give Pepsi Can with a deal and I took Fanta Can instead. Thinking drinks would be same. So when leaving at the door guy told me we owe them 0.50 pence. So I started laughing gave them 1 pound. I asked for the free Pepsi with my deal since I was paying for Fanta. They refused saying I got discount on Fanta.

Atleast give my Pepsi Can to me which was part of deal and I already paid 1 pound extra for fanta.

Like seriously? 16 years of my life in USA/Canada & now UK, Hardly remember any incident where for taking Fanta instead of Pepsi a family is stopped at the door.

My advice. Please start handing out drinks yourself, to avoid confusions and loosing customers for choosing Tin with same size but...

The place look nice and it is a halal owned express which was great place. I liked the halal full english breakfast and it is very cheap since the rest of other places prices gone above £10, this place was surprisingly very cheap providing 2 hash brown, 2 friend egg, 2 toasties cut in half, 2 kebab small size, baked beans and mixture of tomato and mushroom.

Friendly staff, reason of my 4 star and 1 star missing is due to the meat I received, it tasted nice but it didnt feel suitable for breakfast as it looked like kebab or burger meat but tasted strong due early morning and I expected to get sausage instead.

But overall it was excellent and I would recomment anyone...

Listen, listen to me carefully, if you're in town and you even think about going anywhere else whilst this place is open. You've done yourself a disservice.

This place, the food, that God sent chicken donner sizzler, half rice, half chips if you're serious about life. Mate, MATE. It hits the spot. Mate I'm even thinking about it now. Man I'm hungry again.

Man, I know they need to rest but if they opened on Sundays, this would be the perfect after...
