Starbucks — Restaurant in Bolton

I didn't get anything to eat, just a very much needed cappuccino. Although a little expensive in my opinion, their Toastie's always look VERY tempting! Just from their appearance, it is obvious quality ingredients are used, and this contributes to the presentation which when you linger just a little to long, seems to call to you and try and pull you in as a mermaid would to a sailor! OMG I think I may be a little too peckish to be waxing lyrical about 'cheesey'...

Drink was poor. Customer focus very poor. I am fed up of having to repeat my request for extra shots and Skimmed milk. Starbucks say take the drink back if its not how you like it, that's a massive cop out. "Get it right first time" There us definitely a breakdown of communication between order and drink prep. Poor Cold, wrong milk, waiting ages, asking again for confirmation are the staff capable? Do you ever check...

Popped in for around 3.00pm. Bought 2 sandwiches and coffees. All very tasty but looking around the seating areas I noticed that they could do with a clean :disenfectant to wipe up mess on table tops etc plus a Hoover would not go amiss on the floors.
