Subway — Restaurant in Bradford

Visited today first time , and to say the least was very disappointed. Unfortunately the person making the sandwiches lacked customer service skills and was really reluctant to not listen to what I was saying. Asked for a chicken sub, put only 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest was salad and a lot of sauce. Ordered 2 Saver Subs which were priced at £3.99 each as a meal. At the till he wanted to charge me £9.98 but with me saying clearly that it doesn’t add up to that total he then said he can’t cut price down as the machine was not working. Another worker came which seem to be the boss and sorted it the issue but took him 10 minutes to sort the price out and was waiting to pay, while the food itself was getting cold. Was not a pleasant experience and personally wouldn’t go back again. Staff with good customer service is a requirement at these places but seems to be that anyone is being...

Absolutely Disgusted, I attend Bradford City matches walked in around 17:52pm on 14/02/2023. I went into establishment to be told there was no bread, this is just after people finishing work, and all they was doing is tidy up a s clearing away. This is not the 1st time, it's actually the 3rd time of me going in around 90 mins to 75 mins before closing in the past 4 weeks, this will b costing the Franchisee Lost Revenue, I will take my business elsewhere, when I said something they said we can make you a Wrap, I said no thank you. This placed close at 19:00, and the shop look d closed aswell, all tables and chairs up. (emailed Subway Head Office with my complaint).

I had to walk all the way over to broadway Subway there they had loads of bread and people about, was very much open. I will use this Subway going forward.

Absolutely disgusting.we ordered a cup of tea.we were going to order food but staff were loud and calling everyone boss.im disabled I went to use the loo but my radar key wouldn't work.when asked by my husband staff replied their busted mate.no sign on the toilet door.we sat drinking our teas that tasted weirdly off.so left most of it.looking around thankful we didn't get food. Chewing gum stuck on window sill behind blinds.blinds that had food and mildew mould on them.tiles were absolutely filthy as we're the chairs.and spotted at the edge of the kitchen staff eating drinking and cleaning with the same gloves he had served the public food with moments ago.. never again will I visit this establishment. Staff need re training in hygiene the whole place needs...
