DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY. I ordered a takeaway from here on Wednesday the 2nd Aug 2023, i called the restaurant about the allergy information and they said it’s all on their website. The items I wanted had no ingredients of nuts listed on their website, not even a may contain warning. I had ordered the Katsu Poke bowl, which I didn’t try until Thursday when I took into work with me for my lunch. I ended up having to use my epi pen and call an ambulance to my workplace and got taken into A and E and stayed there for over 8hrs. Having been back in the restaurant today to complain, they showed us the in store allergen menu which was completely different to the details listed online. Cant comment on the full menue but utterly disappointed. I Ordered chicken stir fry. As per the orice the quantity was very less. Cabbage was burned , hardly noodles existed it was maintly sprouts and charred cabbage. Taste was very bland. Hardly any capsicum used. Chicken had smell as if frozen for ages. Additionally, the serve who served just got take away pot without any cutlery or tissue ir tray . I was dining in and wgen asked for another plate as had my little one to cater to but wasnt very welcomed. Staff were doubting if food was halal , some knew some did not . No halal sign , infact sushi uses spirit or wine vingegar so that is somthing that needs to be written. Overall not visiting again and wouldnt recommend anyone doing so .
