Worst service, waited 2hrs for 4 milkshakes? There’s 4 workers their but takes them hours? Went in after an hour which we was told. We then went in to ask how long their gonna be very politely they told us 20 minutes as we had two people before us so we waited again. Still no sign of them, then when me and my partner got ours, our friends went to see where theirs was and they was in the fridges the whole time? We constantly saw the same two girls who worked their come out with one or two drinks between them? What’s that all about! Never going back. But besides the drama the milkshakes was amazing! Ps: if you wanna wait 1hr or 2 then go ahead but not worth it if you live 30+ Minutes like I do. Also they don’t wear anything protective; such as gloves or mask which is not great considering...

First time going here and to be honest nothing was worth it I will most likely never go back again and would not recommend as I had never been before I asked the server what was good and she just said everything no real directions or like well these are most popular or the specials I ordered to chocolate milkshakes different flavours and could not really taste anything and to be fair I did not expect to taste anything either when the server put enough ice cream in to feel two large cups and I ordered a medium and then put 1 small chocolate bar in one and then half of a 65g bar I the other and then after blending for all of 10 seconds put more ice cream in it and blended again for around 3 seconds the chocolate was barely broken up in the milkshake and got stuck in the straws alot ...

Ordered and paid for 3 milkshakes on their website. Opted to collect but shop was shut at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. My granddaughter was really upset, she'd spent ages scrolling through the options to create one she was excited to try (the most expensive as a summer holiday treat). Finally got through to someone on the phone that evening who said that the person who was supposed to open the shop earlier hadn't turned up and there was nothing she could do as she was new and didn't know how to deal with refunds. She called the manager who said I should go back over the weekend and show proof of my order to get a refund of the £24.25 I paid. It is now 3pm on Sunday and no answer from the phone.
