Went there once and never will again. I was very much looking forward to trying Korean street food and ordered their Korean Fried Chicken bibimbap. The sauce contained an excessive amount of sugar so I left most of the sauce behind and the rice it covered. I posted my comment in Instagram and their reply was not sorry but they asked me to ask for less sauce next time. I replied that I shouldn’t have to miss out on more sauce because the issue is the along of sugar in the sauce which is the most I’ve ever eaten in any sauce. Instead of acknowledging this and apologising or offering any kind of good will gesture they deleted my suggestion to reduce the sugar. This is what prompted me to review here. I think it's fine as fast food and quite good portions for the price, but I don't quite get why people are raving about it. I've been twice now and while one of the sauces was delicious (e.g. pork bulgogi sauce, though very spicy to me), I thought the KFC chicken and mandu were hard (i.e. rather than crunchy), the rice over-cooked, and the jap chae a bit sad (just the noodle and some sauce drizzled over, no vegetables). The taste was out of this world and I would 100% go back. The rice was so delicious, I need the recipe. They were also super kind, when I went their bank had an issue that was affecting their card machine payments it wasn't their fault but they still gave everyone in the restaurant their food for free rather than leave them hungry.
