Burgers and Shakes — Restaurant in Bristol

I have ordered from Havana's on multiple occasions but with each order the quality and standards are dropping with the last order being the final nail in the coffin.

We ordered at 19:32 and our food finally arrived at 21:42 so over two hours wait for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 shakes and some onion rings and we live just over a mile away is taking the mick. When I rung to try and find out where the food was the person who answered the phone didn't have the best attitude and just kept telling me 10 more minutes.

Eventually the food arrived and I was happy to move on and enjoy my meal but sadly that wasn't the case. Upon unwrapping the burger instead of being greeted with a lightly toasted bun I was instead looking at what I can only call a bun dressed up as some charcoal for Halloween. I had ordered the pulled pork burger which in the image shows a burger TOPPED with pulled pork but instead what I got was an overdone and dry burger with what I can only describe as a child's spoonful of pork on top in the middle of the burger. I initially thought they had forgotten the pulled pork as it was almost impossible to see, I had to lift the melted cheese up for it be revealed in all it's 10 grams of glory. I had added tomato, pickle and jalapenos to my burger too, which was there to some degree. I had a single slice of a small tomato, a single jalapeno slice and two slices of pickle so maybe that was a mistake and they meant to do one.

The chips which are normally crispy and well seasoned were instead soggy and saltier than most League of Legends players on a tilting game.

The shakes were nice but to be honest, milk and ice cream with a chocolate bar in a blender is quite hard to mess up.

Sadly won't be going back, not sure if it is under new management or if the staff just don't care anymore but there are better places in Bristol get a burger for a...

Only order from here if you want to receive the wrong order with missing items!!!😍 I ordered two original burgers, one 6oz with just ketchup and the other 4oz with bbq sauce, cheddar and halloumi. When we got the order we were missing one portion of fries, thought it wasn’t too bad until we opened the burgers and found out that what was meant to be the 6oz was the 4oz with bbq sauce & the 4oz was the 6oz with ketchup. Wouldn’t of been too bad if my boyfriend liked bbq sauce but he doesn’t, so his whole meal was ruined. I spent £30 on this food just for the staff to be rude and tell me ‘you can speak with Uber eats and they will do the refund for you, I’m sorry about this I cant do anything about it’ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you fancy a Havanas then go and collect it yourself and check that it’s correct before you step out of their door, or just don’t give them your custom because they clearly can’t do a simple job properly or...

Thought I’d try this burger joint as the North street standard was so busy. First impressions, the bald guy was rude and unwelcoming. I ordered my burger and no sauces were served with it at all. Then I noticed you had to pay. No worries, but then a huge shoulder shrug that I paid 90p on my card! Maybe some customer care and attention and actually engage and chat with your customers they may leave happy!! Offer sauce when you actually buy the burger. The chips Are terrible, and like they had been sat in a fryer for a decade. Tables were dirty, I was so hungry i ate what I could, and left.
