First thing: this place is completely vegan and that alone is a wonderful thing. There is a lot of choice and creativity in the hot drinks menu, you will need to take your time to decide what you want to try... All sounds so delicious! For the chocolate lovers I recommend the superfood hot chocolate and the signature hot chocolate will homemade vegan marshmallow and toasted marshmallow syrup. Most chocolate drinks contain real chocolate curls, that make your cuppa so rich and creamy! There are also a few healthy options if you want to avoid the "sugar rush", such as the amazing matcha latte and the turmeric latte, both delicious. If you want to try something really special, I would recommend the red velvet latte or the lavender latte, with a subtle floral fragrance and blue spirulina. You will feel like your have the sky in your cup 💙 The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is very friendly and kind, plus the shop has a lot of very cute gift ideas. The downsides in my opinion are 1) the prices are a bit high 2) the food choices are a bit limited if you are searching for some light savoury bites or something low in fat/sugar and healthier options. 3) the sitting space inside and outside the shop is very limited, tables are very close one another, so maybe it's not a place where you want to stay very long and engage in long, deep conversations.

Nice cafe when it's not peak times, otherwise it's very busy in a small space. It's completely vegan, which I'm happy about. Their cake was really nice for my birthday treat :) Cards only here, cannot pay with cash. Recommended in off peak times. Update: they’ve changed the layout here now and there’s a bit more space, with table service. Had a delicious filling green soup, which was £5, not bad for Clifton Village! The staff here are really good at their jobs, especially the lady with short blonde hair and glasses. She hasn’t stopped running around! Beautiful plants and view of the courtyard garden. Dogs welcomed 🐶😊

this was my first visit here with a friend of mine. The array of cakes etc was certainly varid. the table menu is on A5 and has small writing but a varied menu, nonetheless. we had the almond croissant and latte. the homewares are also something to browse and with outside seating available was good as the cafe is very busy please remember there are no dairy products and that includes cow's milk. the latte was flavoured with almond milk which gave it a smooth rounded finish. my friend didnt add sugar as she usually does. certainly, planning another visit as they have miso mushrooms on toast

This is a lovely looking place in a fantastic location. An entirely vegan menu is commendable. However, the actual food was bland, unimaginative and in one case close to inedible. Quiche was tiny, had no discernible flavour or texture at all and the base was soggy. They add flavour by giving you a pot of chilli jam on the side. Club sandwich meat substitute was unpleasant, overprocessed and unrecognisable as either meat or a natural product. Again no flavour at all - no pickle, no fresh herbs, mustard, nothing. Caesar salad was decent lettuce with a few chickpeas and croutons. Again, lacking in much interest.

Blueberry waffles were the best thing we ordered and a generous portion.

Cakes looked great and if you’re into 100s of different flavoured coffees and teas then you’ll probably love this place. We didn’t want to try in case they were equally disappointing.

I really hope this place succeeds but they need to improve their savoury food offering. Vegan food can be amazing but it requires a bit of attention to flavour and perhaps not just aping...

Update Jan 2018: We returned to give it another go and am pleased to say the service was significantly better and the food/smoothie was just as good (the smoothie is sublime) . SO good job and we will definitely come back

First review, Dec 2017: I was very excited by a new veggie cafe; the menu is interesting but doesn't try too hard and has a good proportion of vegan options.

Although the food and smoothies were excellent, the service was chaotic and slow. Watching staff toasting ready made sandwiches and then plating with a few leaves was painful to watch. We were offered many things as the staff had no idea who had ordered what, even though our order number was clearly visible on our table.

I really wanted to get a vegan fig roll to take away, but after my lunch, I couldn't face the time it would take to order and receive it.

It's a real shame as the food was very good and I would love to support a veggie/vegan business, but cannot go back unless they sort out...
