Haven’t eaten from here in years… I realise why.. Specifically said very little gravy on my food, 🤦🏿‍♂️food drowning in gravy… Won’t be back.. Bruh this is what I received yesterday..Took it back this afternoon with pic and rest of their food.Woman who served yesterday was there, explained the issue regarding food. Their response is it doesn’t look like their food…Imagine that 😳🤔🤦🏿‍♂️ I’ve the receipt your food container and it’s the same person who served me..But the best you as a supposedly professional restaurant can say is it’s not your food… Me hav fe 😂😂🤡.. Got my money back no drama..Don’t know what is the worst issue 🩸 bloody chicken or the lack of someone taking accountability regarding your food.. 🤢…Shocking on both counts.. Over charge for a fish that i didn't even had, if you are going there make sure you ask for prices as they trick you in to final bills that aren't occurred with what they have in display (menu).. ask for take out is better then sitting in, ridiculously over charge for giving you plates.. staff is very rude and unprofessional.. i was force to over paid for a mistake the staff have made she couldn't even bother to explain.. and apparently still my fault... very disappointed experience food is good but unfortunately is you want to do business you will need more then that.. definitely not going back ... wanted to support local businesses but they treat people like you are getting free food be grateful when and actually...

Nadine was absolutely great. She catered for my mum’s 60th birthday party this weekend! From the start, she was friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole process feel stress-free. She gave us great menu ideas and didn’t put any pressure on us.

She traveled all the way to Cardiff for the party and her and team served everything with a smile, which was refreshing to see. The food was delicious, hot and fresh! Every single guest loved it and kept talking about how great it was and the portion sizes were great.

We’ll definitely be booking Nadine again and recommending her to everyone we know. Thank you so much for making my mum’s big day so special, Nadine—you and your team...
