The good people that run the Devonshire Arms which does look like an excellent pub may think they are no disabled people or may think they just have the bad taste to go to Wetherspoons. No it is because when Wetherspoons or some other dreadful national chain refurbishs a pub they comply with the law (DDA and Equality Act) and put in facilities for all citizens. It is a nice traditional pub, the staff are all super friendly and there is a lovely mix of all different type of customers including dogs! The food is delicious but also varied which is odd to find in the pubs on Mill Road these days. Quiz on Monday night was great too. Great for pre-dinner drinks if you're dining on Mill Road, or for a couple of pints after work.
