As a regular Pret customer, my regular experiences at Pret are great though I feel as though this situation in particular needs to be mentioned - I visited yesterday (02/10) before my trip to London though just having been hit by a car and off my cycle, I had been warmly welcomed by the staff (in particular, Anne) who gave me a seat, my drink, anti-bac wipes for my wounds as well as comfort. I couldn’t go back as my train was due to leave. Why don’t staff in these places pay more attention to what their customers are saying, rather than be preoccupied with chatting to one another. There are other coffee outlets nearby which I’ll...
