Boo. — Restaurant in Charnwood

Food from here is good. I feel harsh writing this review but it's necessary for others to know so the same does not happen to them Also it might teach the company to take action against the delivery staff that work on their behalf. So to keep it short and sweet, my colleague and I ordered fiod from here via deliveroo. However the driver did not arrive. My colleague called him and he said he was outside. My colleague asked him to come to reception to hand it and and meet him as he was on crutches and the man just hung up and left. We called Boo and they were unable to help and simply passed off the blame on the driver. Based on their reaction it felt as if they have had similar issues with this delivery driver. We have had Boo so many times since they opened so I thought it was about time I left them a review. Boo is now our go to place for the best burgers in Loughbrough. All our friends and family have tried and also say the same. We use to travel to Leicester for a Boo and we are so lucky they are now in Loughbrough. The taste was absolutely mouth watering and the service is always customer focussed. We have also ordered on their website and done a click and collect and the process was so easy and we got a 20% discount. We also ordered today on Deliveroo and again the food arrived warm and tasted great. Ignore the narrow minded negative reviews that criticise for delivery issues (it’s not fair)! Boo are definitely by far the best burgers and I recommend them...

I've ordered from here a few times. First time was absolutely lovely, 100% enjoyed. Second time wasn't so great but was still nice. Third time, I don't think I will be going again. First off, it took 40 minutes to arrive even after it saying it would take 20 minutes, the chips that arrived were cold. Half way through eating my burger I noticed that it was RAW in the middle. We called the restaurant who said that they are sending a new one, it's now 00:00, 5 hours later and no replacement after being told the driver was on the way by the lady who answered the phone. In the end, I contacted Deliveroo who has gave me a partial refund. Such a shame as this was my favourite burger place. Would I go again? Probably not. Im still waiting to see if I get...
