This is our favourite place in the whole of Cheltenham town for lunch, snack et cetera. The food is mostly plant based catering to vegans but most importantly, the healthiest available in the eating out category. We love getting food here went out with or without the kids, as a takeaway, it’s mostly wrapped up in paper and easy to grab food, you can see it being freshly put together for you quickly and with lovely customer service. As somewhere to sit in It’s a lovely fresh vibrant and relaxed, cafe that feels healthy and really trying its best to have minimal impact on the environment while staying authentic, composting recycling, reusable containers were possible down to earth and practical. It caters to families really well as there’s a lovely big tables to sit at with a corner of resources to keep Chosen entertained, but really makes a difference though is the attitude of the owners and staff they make you feel relaxed and welcome, in laid-back environment. The food is obviously delicious and fabulous portions for the cost. The only thing it needs now is longer opening hours, but if any of the above would change, please just keep it the same and as customers we will support you with this fabulous place you’ve created. Even if you’re not a regular customer like us as we live out of town, you may be lucky and get that extra piece of baklava with your order to enjoy before anyone else gets hold of...
Read moreExemplary, honest and a symphony of Middle Eastern flavours. The only way I can think to describe this Palestinian palace of perfection. This little family run cafe embodies the very best of Middle Eastern food and they make no exceptions in ensuring they’re delivering the the most raw and honest experience their generational family recipe has to offer. Honestly some of, if not the best, Falafel you’ll try anywhere, fresh to order every time. You absolutely will not be disappointed and the staff will make sure that not only each order is hand crafted specifically to your taste but with a smile, chat and perhaps some free Falafel with...
Read moreThe food here is excellent, some of the best falafel I've ever had.
However they can't handle it very well when it's busy. Not enough staff on front of house actually getting through the queue. Whilst I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff I felt like too much time was spent with pleasantries, especially with a longer queue. Also a customer who was known to staff was just allowed to skip the queue. I don't think taking deliveroo orders helped either.
I don't think this will put me off coming, but I'll certainly be choosing days when I can avoid any...
