Absolutely shocking, the service here is one of the worst I've ever had, told 15 minutes to an hour on the phone, 2 hours later I called, they said driver has left, 15 minutes later I ring back, "driver will be with you in 3minutes" driver turns up, food is cold! I called them to see what they'd do about it the offered me £5 off. I said give my money back and take the food back, they wanted me to give it to the driver and when the food was returned they refund my card. Yet without having my details. So I decide to take it back myself, I gave these guys the food back and they proceed to refund my money, only to notice when they gave me the receipt that they had just CHARGED ME AGAIN! . Once I called them out on it I then finally got my money back, won't be recommending or spending my money there again that's for sure!!! Maybe if they had offered me something in goodwill I would of understood but now they have wasted food and no money, dumb business sense...

Food is great most of the time however my friends have had food poisoning, their customer service is appalling - they have always gotten the order wrong, have to ring up and they are willing to correct it but only if I collect. Made an order for a delivery then got a call to say its lunch time menu so cant deliver (it was over £20 order so not as if it wasnt meeting the minimum!) so I went and collected the order, got back and they had gotten it wrong so called them and they said to come and collect it again! I refused and they said they would deliver but will be 35 mins, 1 hour 40 mins later they still hadnt - called them again, the driver messaged me to come and collect - i was outside in 3 mins and he apparently had waited but was taking too long so he left and if I wanted the order i would need to come...

I've been coming here since they opened several years back, and I'm happy to say that the quality and value of the food hasn't fallen at all. The other day, I ordered two large platters with a total of three chickens (hot), 13 wings (hot), two portions of rice, two portions of peri chips, two portions of wedges, a bottle of 7 Up and a Coke; this all came to a very reasonable price.

The food was ready around 20 minutes after ordering, and I was surprised with how busy it was late night on a Thursday. The food was hot (freshly cooked) and spicy (as desired) and I have absolutely no complaints. The salad wasn't your bog standard lettuce and cucumber, but there was some feta cheese, olives and salad dressing to make it a bit more interesting.
