Having used Havana's a lot with great service until tonight. I'm absolutely disgusted at the service I have recieved. After the driver turning up minus one shake, i had to except a refund. After the driver was gone we realised we had the wrong burgers too. Called and were told they would pick up the order and be replaced, with extra shake, no offer of apology. A minute later we had a call to tell us we had got our order wrong and they would not be replaced, still no offer of an apology. My partner found the online order and the caller excepted and said would replace. Driver picked up ours. 40 mins later we received our order to find the chips had no been replaced and were freezing. Also one if the shakes was the original shake we sent back. Que phone call from myself asking if it was acceptable, he would not let me speak, screaming down the phone for me to stop talking, Telling me how rude I was. All I wanted was a sorry... which then proceed to tell me he had to my partner and how dare I, and "What do you want for me to hang myself" after loosing friends to awful circumstances I am in shock. As promised here is my review. As I'm finishing this... he has repeated called my partner. Which at this point I have only just finished my food, with a screaming baby late to be put to bed. We have now answered to be told he's sorry but he did apologise. And really argued the case. So your not sorry and your disgusting comment has not been acknowledged as wrong. Read moreSo we got delivery from deliveroo. For some back story, I'm a junior doctor and had just got off of a busy shift (as you can imagine). The food never arrived. They never called or even attempted to. We call deliveroo and they lied and said that we gave the wrong address and telephone number. We proved otherwise by sending deliveroo the information. They then lied and said they came to our house and we weren't there. We have CCTV footage that proves otherwise. So I'm now 20 quid out of pocket and deliveroo tell me to call them. We do. The manager is absolutely furious and screams at me down the phone calling me a liar and says "go f--k yourself" before angrily hanging up. I'm shocked, tired. We've waited now 4 hours for two burgers and I'm getting yelled at because they lied and essentially tried to scam me. After another 2 hours I've proved it's their fault to deliveroo and luckily got a refund, but this seemed unlikely as the owners were so dishonest. Don't give these con...
Read moreBack story...food came to place, courier dropped the food ON THE FLOOR!...then lies about dropping food on floor said that "only sauces fell" but clearly the food was dropped, further more there was sauces all over the whole bag and courier had no mask to greet. After confrontation the courier was very argumentative...I mean really during the pandemic u drop food on the floor and wipe your hands on the bag your supposed to deliver infront of the customer. Next ...called the restaurant receptionist and he didn't want to compensate, just went on about how he got our food ready and so on...really???!!...thats your job! So I told him not to bother and leave it. Finally they got another courier to give us fries which we did not want, he then proceeds to have the nerve to text a customer "don't waste my time".
