A Taste of Thailand That Truly Delights at Rosa's, From the moment we stepped into Rosa's Thai, we knew we were in for something special. The nice atmosphere immediately put us at ease, setting the stage for what turned out to be an astonishing culinary journey. We started with the starter sharing plate, the classic platter, which was a delightful introduction to the vibrant flavours of Thailand. Each element was well cooked and beautifully presented, a testament to the kitchen's attention to detail. The amazing flavour profiles danced on our palates, leaving us eager for more. Our main course, the special fried rice with prawns, was nothing short of exceptional. The prawns were succulent and perfectly cooked, nestled amongst fragrant rice that was bursting with authentic Thai spices. It was a dish that truly showcased the skill and passion of the chefs. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a golden Thai beer that boasted a wonderfully smooth flavour, a refreshing complement to the richness of the food. For dessert, the special Thai churros were a revelation – a unique and delicious twist on a familiar favourite. And the amazing Thai white coffee with condensed milk provided the perfect sweet and creamy ending to our meal. Beyond the exquisite food, the service at Rosa's was truly outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our visit. Adding to the overall positive experience were the fair prices and the excellent ubicación of the restaurant. Rosa's Thai offers exceptional value for the quality of food and service provided. In conclusion, our experience at Rosa's Thai was nothing short of exceptional. From the astonishingly flavourful and beautifully presented food to the warm and welcoming service, every aspect of our visit was a delight. We wholeheartedly recommend Rosa's Thai to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable taste of Thailand. We can't wait to return! šŸ˜ƒšŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹šŸ˜‹šŸ‘

Not your average Thai! If you're a fellow fan of Thai food you'll probably be familiar with the Southern style Thai food. This isn't it. And that's not a bad thing. Instead of the familiar coconut milk style curries, you get food that focuses on fresh ingredients. Each bowl has a punch of intense flavour. Special mention deserves to go to a few things. Firstly the meat. One of the meat options is beef cheek, and the meat is beautifully tender and tasty. The pork skewers and pork belly are also excellent. The non-alcoholic drinks are another strong point. Honestly I'd be happy not drinking alcohol and having the soft drink option. They do have Singha on draft though, a solid choice of beer for spicy food. Deserts - try the Thai churros. Not something you'll see elsewhere and just the right balance of sweet and savoury. The staff were obviously new and getting up to speed so it's not fair to judge them too harshly. What I will say is that they had good knowledge of the dishes and could give solid recommendations. They've obviously had good training too, in terms of check-backs and the like. We messed up our booking and turned up a day earlier... but were invited in and treated like family during a staff night. So we ended up going two nights in a row šŸ˜‚ Happy to try even more of the menu! The only negatives about the space are that it's not massively accessible. The toilets are upstairs. A struggle if you have mobility issues. The hard surfaces and music also make the place acoustically unpleasant - just something to consider if you have a hearing aid or sensory issues. This place is definitely "extra" for when you want a bit more flavour out of your Thai food!

🌟 A Taste of Thailand in the Heart of Cheltenham 🌟 Rosa’s Thai in Cheltenham is a true gem for lovers of authentic Thai cuisine. Nestled on the charming Promenade, the restaurant offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements its vibrant menu. The chicken satay skewers were a standout starter—grilled to perfection and served with a rich, velvety peanut sauce that had just the right balance of sweetness and spice. Each bite was tender, smoky, and utterly satisfying. But the real showstopper was the Massaman beef curry. This dish is Thai comfort food at its finest: slow-cooked beef that melts in your mouth, nestled in a creamy, mildly spiced curry infused with Silk Road spices. The addition of potatoes, cashew nuts, and crispy shallots added depth and texture, making it a dish I’ll be dreaming about for days. Whether you're a Thai food aficionado or just dipping your toes into the cuisine, Rosa’s Thai delivers bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended

A Wonderful Culinary Experience at Rosa’s Thai Cheltenham

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Rosa’s Thai in Cheltenham and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience. Arriving at 5pm, we were immediately taken in by the restaurant’s warm and stylish dĆ©cor. As the evening progressed, the venue filled with a lively yet relaxed crowd, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Isabella and her team, who were not only attentive and professional, but also incredibly warm and friendly throughout. Their hospitality elevated our visit, and we’re especially grateful to Isabella and Saifon for making our evening feel so special.

We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, each one bursting with authentic Thai flavours and beautifully presented. To start, we shared the sweet corn fritters, crispy calamari, satay chicken, and succulent chicken wings—all perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned.

For our mains, we enjoyed a green curry (chicken and tofu), a red chicken curry, and a kids’ meal, all served with fragrant sticky rice, roti, tender broccoli, and a refreshingly zesty papaya salad. Every dish showcased a balance of bold spices and fresh ingredients that left a lasting impression. The lychee bubble tea was a delightful touch—sweet, floral, and incredibly refreshing.

Perhaps most impressively, our children—usually very selective eaters—ate everything and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. That alone speaks volumes about the quality and appeal of the food.

Rosa’s Thai Cheltenham provided us with a truly memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine, impeccable service, and a...
