Good points: wide selection of sarnies and salads to take away, good daily hot special (usually delicious Stovies in the winter) and tray bakes. Bad points: if you sit in, it's very cold and lacks atmosphere. The radio tends to be up very loud which makes it tricky to have a conversation. Paper cups for tea and coffee if you sit in.
EDIT: as I've been back a few times since, and think I may have been a bit harsh with 3*. They do a great catered work lunch, and the staff have been very helpful when I've had colleagues with allergies. In comparison with the local offerings, it's very reasonably priced too. The toastie was really nice however I didn’t get much mustard flavour. It was the first time I’ve ever had a florentine and it was delicious - bursting with flavour.
