I recently visited Kaspa's restaurant, and I must say, their desserts and ice cream are nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The menu at Kaspa's is filled with a diverse range of dessert options. I opted for the Strawberry waffle & cookie dough, which was an absolute delight. The waffle was warm and moist, with a rich, gooey chocolate center that perfectly complemented the cool, creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream it was served with. The service at Kaspa's was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent suggestions to satisfy our sweet cravings. The portions were generous, making the experience even more satisfying. In conclusion, Kaspa's restaurant is a must-visit for dessert lovers. Their amazing selection of desserts and ice cream, combined with top-notch service and a cozy ambiance, guarantees a memorable experience. I highly recommend Kaspa's and can't wait to return to try more of their delectable offerings!

The reason why I am giving three stars is because their desserts are on the expensive side. Other than that kaspas has a very friendly atmosphere inside the workers are friendly and their food tastes delicious. The store itself has a very beautiful interior and has a very lively atmosphere inside. Although there deserts are pretty expensive(yes i stated this twice because it is!) £7 for a chocolate sundae is ridiculous, other than that a very good place to hang out with family and friends. UPDATE: MAY 2019 Never purchase a slush from these guys! absolutely horrific for the price you pay. There are hundreds of tiny balls in the slush that are filled with flavours of your choice and they are not pleasant to gulp down. Yes saying that its not even a proper slush! false advertising.

I visited Kaspa’s Desserts today with a friend and we had a really lovely experience. The menu has such a wide range of choices and the desserts were both generous in portion and beautifully presented. What stood out the most was the service. Ram, the staff member who attended to us, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even offered to take photos of us and captured some really nice shots, which made our visit feel extra special. The atmosphere was lively and modern, making it a great spot to enjoy a treat with friends. Thank you to Ram for going above and beyond — highly recommend Kaspa’s Desserts

Dear Sirs, I visited Kaspas Edinburgh branch with my family today. i was quite appauled by the racist attitude of one of the employees named Alan. We arived at the shop at 10.20pm. We placed our order by 10.23pm. The ice cream counter was covered up when we arrived. We were advised that hot drinks could not be served after 10.00pm. Alan shouted at us from the counter at 10.30pm that we had to leave at 11pm as the shop closes at 11pm and no one is allowed to be in after 11pm. This was both embarrasing and I felt racist at the manner in which he targeted our table. He also shouted at our table when one of the toddlers stood up advising that he was required to remain seated on the bench. I confronted this person after we had finished our desserts and asked why he felt the need to shout from accross the counter in this rude manner. A confrontation ensued. I am not denying that I called him a few things which are uncalled for. This entire episode was instigated by this person. I am shocked that racist and rude people like him are permitted to serve the public without their atitude being checked. I have also noticed that I am not the first person to complain about this racist person. I have been visiting this place with my family since this place opened. However, I will not be back, at least until he remains employed.

I am very disheartened at my visit to...

Been to kaspa's quite a number of times and each time has been great, unfortunately it's the one bad experience that ruins that reputation and tonight was that night, we were sat at a table where we could see everything being prepared and sat and watched as the girl making our slushies who was too busy having a laugh and arsing about with a co worker left a spoon in the blending jug and then attempting to blitz it, not once but twice before her mistake was pointed out to her by someone else, a genuine mistake that anyone can make and it was a little funny, what wasn't funny was she then carried on and served us those slushies that could have had shards of metal from her shredded spoon in it. Simply not acceptable in any food/drink prep establishment. Having asked for the manager and relaying the events sent the slushies back for fresh ones which we again seen being prepared while we had dirty looks drawn our direction the whole time, ended up rushing our desserts in order to leave as quick as we could as we felt so uncomfortable and it was so obvious comments were being made about us between 2 staff members.

Desserts/food etc five star

Really disappointed. Had heard great reviews about this place. Myself and three friends came here for some desserts we were seated at a fairly cramped table so we moved to one of the booths as we had seen other customers seated at one. When we went to order we had said we moved and the staff member was extremely rude and sarcastic, he had said it was cleaning day and we were to go back to our original seats although the table we were at seemed to be clean and during our visit no tables were being cleaned at all. When ordering the same staff member was particularly rude and unhelpful he had made a few sarcastic comments towards my friends. My friend had ordered a milkshake it was extremely disappointing was brought over and dripping all over floor and table. The cutlery was dirty but we cleaned it ourselves as we did not want to go back up to the counter. The desserts the girl had made were however lovely we were just really disappointed with the customer service from the staff member/ possible manager. When enquiring about items/deals on the menu he spoke to my friends and I very disrespectfully as though we...
