Medo Cafe — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

This is a little gem of a cafe. I visited on 13/10/24 having travelled up from Newcastle to meet my son and his partner. It was quite close to where they live and they had wanted to try it for a while. We were meet by a lovely fella, I presumed he was the owner, wewere given menus and plenty if time to choose our food, just as well really as there was a lot to choose from. I ordered a panini, my wife had a wrap and the lads had a full Scottish breakfast. The food arrived and the portions are huge. It was delicious. We all had coffee me an Americano, my wife had a cappuccino and the lads had a Turkish coffee, we all agreed that it was the nicest coffee we'd all had for some time. When we paid the bill it was a very reasonable £50, that's £12.50 each, I felt that it was a bargain and an excellent choice for lunch. When I visit the area again I'll be sure to call in. On 9th October, my wife and I visited for our lunch. All staffs were very good as usual. And lunch was also very good. Turkish bagel and Turkish Coffee were also very good. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you!

On 15th May, my wife and I visited again. We love this Cafe and Owner and Staffs. They are very kind. My wife and I love Turkish Coffee too. Also, the sweets are very taste too!

Although this cafe was reopening on 26th April, I could nit visit there until 30th April. Owner and his families are very well. And they are all kind as usual. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
