Went in with large group and staff kindly put two tables together and ordered separately as couples.

Good atmosphere and family friendly, no problem accommodating our group of 12. Bit pricey expected for captive audience inside zoo. Nees to pay up front and order from app only.

As food started to arrive to table portions looked good and everything fresh.

When ours arrived pizza and gluten free fish and chips, the pizza only filled 2/3 of plate diameter and had 5 slices of pepperoni. Others at our table who ordered separately had pizza's that filled the plate, and with pizza the larger diameter are getting 50% more pizza.

I took pizza up and asked for another pizza as this one has not been stretched out enough, not enough topping. She said that you can get another but will probably come out the same way.

Confused, I asked her to clarify why that would happen if it was done correctly, as 2 other people had pizza's that were normal size and the person looked away while I was talking and walked away.

As with family i didn't want to pursue it further and went back to my family. Looking at other pizza's coming out from the pass, they were all over the place in size and toppings.

You are forced to pay before food is there on app and felt extremely uncomfortable trying to sort this with the reaction I got.

For the price of the food, it's not worth it if portioning is all over place and staff can't remedy it with at least an explanation.

It would help if they didn't pre-stretch dough which then shrinks, specified size in menu and were consistent with toppings and sizes.
