My new favourite place to eat out. We found this lovely place quite by accident 2 wks ago. There were only 2 choices available on the menu for me, as a vegan but the soup and fruit crumble square were delicious and I took another 2 crumbles 'to go'. I suggested to the owner that if they had a vegan cheese option, it would open up so much more of the menu for vegans and also be 'more Vegan-friendly'. We really enjoyed this treasure of a find and told them that we'd be back. We returned yesterday and they had actually got some vegan cheese in, so I was thrilled. I ordered the lovely lentil soup and asked the owner if I could have some spinach with my cheese and onion panini, which she very kindly did and then came back to ensure that everything was OK with it, as she was worried that it might not be. It was delicious. 😋 My only other suggestion would be to have some vegan butter/marg to have with the bread (with the soup). The toilet room is very nice, too. 😁 This place is a Must Try if you're in the area. I can't rate it highly enough. Thank you for listening and your...

We recently had the privilege of discovering this wonderful coffee shop which happened to be right across from our Premier Inn. The coffee was the best in Scotland - it looks like they used a light roast - which suited us perfectly! The latte art was gorgeous. The service was excellent. The food was really yum and the decor is really cute. Some of the things we ate were eggs benedict, toastees, egg rolls and other sandwiches. One morning we had an early start on a tour and they didn't open till 8:30 - but we showed up at 8 and the owner let us sit down and even started to make us a coffee because we told him we had to go catch the tour. We would definitely recommend this place. Everything...

Triple Tri Coffee is one of the best spots in Edinburgh! They make the best matcha oat milk latte in the city—smooth, perfectly blended, and absolutely delicious every time. The brunch menu is also excellent: I highly recommend the Triple Tri Stack and the pancakes, both fresh, generous, and full of flavour. What really sets this place apart, though, is the team. Lydia, Martha, Elsie, Fisher, and the rest of the crew are all so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They make awesome coffee and create a relaxed, happy atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back. Great coffee, great food, and outstanding service—Triple Tri Coffee is a real gem....

Hidden gem in Edinburgh! This cafĂ© is one of the most inspiring spots I’ve found here. The food is delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of heart — and the coffee is excellent. But what really makes this place special is the atmosphere: artistic, calm, and full of personality. You can feel the owners’ taste in every detail, from the music to the art on the walls. Perfect for studying, chatting with friends, or just taking a quiet moment for yourself. Highly recommended!
