Upon walking into Wingstop, I was immediately hit with the delicious aroma of wings sizzling to perfection! But what made the experience extra special was the warm welcome from Ruby, who greeted me like we were long-lost buddies. The vibes in wingstop are just immaculate, with just enough hustle and bustle to remind you that you’re in the presence of greatness—both in food and in service.
Speaking of service, let’s talk about Ruby, Paighton, Luisa, and Dylan. It’s like they were handpicked from some elite hospitality academy. Ruby, my primary server, had a smile that could outshine even the brightest neon sign. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering spot-on recommendations without a hint of hesitation.
Paighton, who made sure I picked out the best drink from that rather fascinating freestyle machine, had this uncanny ability to anticipate my needs before i even voiced them. Need more napkins? Done. Extra ranch? Already on the table. A pep talk about life choices? Paighton’s got you.
Luisa brought the wings out with grace and elegance. She made sure everything was perfect, checking in to ensure that the lemon pepper had just the right zing and the original wings were as fiery as my enthusiasm. Honestly, she could have a second career as a wing sommelier.
And then there’s Dylan. Now, Dylan didn’t just clear my plate—he did it with flair, like a magician making our empty wing baskets disappear. Plus, he threw in a joke or two that had me laughing as hard as I was eating.
Now, onto the wings. The food was, in one word, divine. I went with a full flavour fix, original and garlic parmesan wings followed by the lemon pepper tenders!! Ruby’s recommendation for the hot wings was spot-on; they had the perfect amount of heat, leaving me blissfully reaching for my drink. Paighton’s suggestion of pairing fries with the signature seasoning was a game-changer, and Luisa’s delivery made every bite taste better. Dylan even advised me to drink the ranch instead of using it as a dipping sauce, and let me tell you, the man knows his sauces.

Read moreI ordered from Wingstop Fountain Park and was extremely disappointed when my order arrived missing three tenders. I called the store to resolve the issue, but it took multiple attempts to even get through. Every time I called, I was told the line was "so bad" and they “could not hear me at all” —even though I tried calling from three different phones in my household and at different times.
The first manager I spoke to was initially okay, but things quickly took a turn. I was told they couldn’t help me because I had already “requested” a refund from deliveroo (which is btw the only thing you literally can do ). But I didn’t want a refund—what I wanted was to reorder and pay again, with the missing items included, and for the delivery to be free since the mistake was on their part.
What followed was a string of frustrating and frankly insulting interactions. I was hung up on multiple times, and told over and over that they couldn’t hear me—yet somehow they were always able to hear me ask, “Can you hear me?” and respond with “No.” It felt like they were deliberately dodging the issue.
I completely understand that stores get busy. But the way I was dismissed, ignored, and essentially mocked was appalling. The staff made no real effort to help resolve a situation that was entirely within their power to fix. Meanwhile, I'm left waiting ten days for a refund, and worst of all, an upset child who didn’t receive their food—all because of something that could have been easily handled with a bit of care and effort.
I feel disappointed, ignored, and belittled. The service I received was unacceptable, and I genuinely hope the staff at this location realise that each customer deserves to be treated with respect—not brushed off and made to feel like a nuisance.
I won’t be ordering from Wingstop Fountain Park again. Terrible service and an experience that left a very bitter taste—no pun intended.
3 members of different staff were involved in this horrible stunt. Please...
Read moreHmm not a great experience wingstop was more like wing-FLOP! Atmosphere was extremely off, music was extremely loud and staff look uncoordinated and miserable, service was was pretty slow, food was edible for the time it took to arrive. But what really stood out was a member of staff named Carol, who didn’t serve me, wasn’t involved in my order at all, but proceeded to ask me how my food was, when I mentioned the poor overall experience she suggested I leave a good review for her (?) when I politely declined she then said “well just give me your phone and I can do it for you” WHAT!!!! Carol are you having a giraffe!!!! Carol in all my years I have never heard the likes of it! At this stage I was so flabbergasted I had to leave the restaurant (if it can be called that!) and having taking some time to process this, I am now writinging this review to make everyone else aware to avoid Carol and wingstop fountain park all together!!! Will not be returning. EDIT- upon reading other reviews I had to come back and mention, that there is a lot of positive reviews that mention one person in particular. Can you guess who? Yep, that’s right. It’s Carol! Which just goes to show lots of people have handed their phones over and let her write the reviews. Is Carol the only person that works in this shop?? Don’t think so, I’m sure there’s other staff that work here that actually deserve...
