Top 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Coventry

RUDE STAFF. Placed an order over the phone, was very loud out there, guy was asking same questions 4 or 5 times as he clearly couldn’t understand or hear it. Instead of 1 pizza , they prepared 4 and on collection was very rude towards my husband. I had to repeat myself over the phone that I would just like to order 1 pizza but clearly he couldn’t get it. He told my husband to learn English , while he was the one who could not even see the difference between one and four :o Tried to blame us for for his mistake and told my husband to leave. We ordered 3 different pizzas, they were reasonable. I quite liked the pizza sauce and the amount on there, it helped make it taste fresh for longer.

We requested less cheese (i know, it's shocking haha), but I think they forgot as the pizzas did have quite a lot of cheese on them. One of the pizzas was missing some toppings, the individual who got that one was less than thrilled.

Would I go here again? Yes, maybe I would, but I would definitely explore other options too.

Also, I was misquoted the total price on the phone. So its worth checking the images for the menu to see what the cost may come to...

I have been a regular with them. Poor customer service. You’re served as if you’re the one in need of them. Rude and unapologetic when questioned! Base for pizza was all stretchy and not properly cooked but when I complained they seemed not interested and just ignored me.
