I came here with my dad and omg the staff are friendly as hell an From the moment I stepped into this hidden gem, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm and inviting atmosphere instantly made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my meal, ensuring I had everything I needed for a truly memorable dining experience.

The food was a feast for the senses - each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. I was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the care that went into every dish. From the succulent dumplings to the perfectly seasoned stir-fries, every bite was pure delight.

We arrived without a booking to a very busy evening. The staff were so friendly and managed to find a table for us quite quickly, table was thoroughly cleaned down before we took a seat.

Once seated the staff asked if we had been before and went through how things work there with the "hotpot" then continued to explain to us items on the menu. I found this very helpful as I was unsure how some of the items were served.

The hotpot and food came out after not too long of a wait and we were both very impressed, the food was presented very well and tasted fantastic!

Cost of the complete meal was very reasonable too. We had 3 beers, 2 soft drinks, one of the larger sharer meals on the menu plus a few sides on top and it came to around £80.

All in all a great place to visit and will be visiting...

This is already the third time I’ve visited Xiongqi Hotpot in Birmingham, and I must say that each visit impresses me even more. This restaurant is, without a doubt, one of the best I have discovered.

During my last visit, I had the pleasure of being served by two exceptional staff members, who made the experience even more memorable through their professionalism and kindness.

The quality of the ingredients is impeccable: the vegetables are fresh, the meats are tender and flavorful, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced. The space is spacious and well-arranged, making it ideal for a pleasant time, whether with family or friends.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its exceptional service, the quality of its dishes, and the warm atmosphere that prevails there.
