A very upsetting experience Shocking manager Claudia goaded me to complain about her when I was abused by a staff member slagging me off on the telephone not knowing I was listening! No apology ( Claudia agreed he had said what I said) wrong information given and no food received.. app put Nando’s address for the delivery address ! Claudia not even slightly interested and told us to go to deliveroo for a refund even though Nando’s had been paid! Deliveroo delivery driver who spoke zero English probably really enjoyed our £100 worth of Nando’s for my son’s birthday treat !! Claudia you need to go back to management school…. Learn the basic facts speak to Milo in your customer services he’ll tell you you are wrong -did try to call you back to let you know but hey … no one answered the phone !!! I love Nandos so won’t say I won’t come again but if this was the only Nando’s that existed I would never return…. P.s tell your colleague I wasn’t moaning and to you I wasn’t shouting I was asking you to help sort out something… always remember the customer is always right! I was refunded and I’m sure mr deliveroo enjoyed our birthday dinner!!! Hey shout out to Pill in customer service he is someone you should talk to, polite well spoken helpful kind and resolved and refunded no issues at all .. maybe give him a call!!! You were also rude to my son and daughter who came to pick up from the delivery address but it had been collected by the driver if anyone had any sense they would have thought hey that’s our address!!! But after talking to manager and staff member I’m actually not surprised… maybe gone the plaza rather than this one … especially when this manager is on duty ! Read moreVisited on at a very busy time (lunch on late May bank holiday) and was extremely impressed. The man greeting was friendly and accurate with wait time (15 mins which was less than I expected given the day / time). The location is within a shopping area so is a little cramped compared to some but the layout had been carefully thought through so did not matter.
The food was excellent and arrived pretty quickly.
What really sets this place apart however is the staff. Our table was near the open kitchen and I could hear how well the staff were cooperating and working as a team. It was very impressive and high quality food was flying out of the kitchen as a result. The front of house staff were equally brilliant. Everyone working together. The manger was getting stuck in and interacted with her staff incredibly well. There was clearly excellent leadership and training, with very high quality staff.
This is not always the case in restaurants and it was quite something to watch and made my day! Well done Nandos Bluewater...
Read moreMe and my family had a very unpleasant experience here tonight. Very shocking indeed!!! Was for a special occasion exam day. There was a long que 45mins. Sat down dirty table, food all across the floor. Told waiter of a food allergy had to go up and order. There were nuts on the floor as well right under our table. Went and ordered food came half was cold. Sent back then it returned once we ate sone of it chicken was tough. Spoke to anika the manager she offered more food which we explained we didnt want as what we had wasnt acceptable. The tables were stacked high with dirty plates and cups i saw people walk out. The whole ace was chaos. The manager explained were busy and understand staffed. Which is no excuse for dirty fifty restaurant perhaps she needs to slow down take stock.
