Me and my partner visited here for a little date night. As we waited to be seated, my partner advised that we had a voucher card as soon as we were seated. A member of staff came over and took the voucher off our bill before we'd even decided what we were eating. When we did order, we had to pay the rest of the bill straight away. We felt like criminals. Is this common practise here? I've never experienced this before! After ordering, we realised we hadn't been offered drinks, so we had to head to the front to ask for drinks. We weren't told about the salad bar being included with the pizza, so we headed up to get a salad it must have been out all day. Everything looked inedible and not nice. So at this point the restaurant was empty and only us in there when we came back from the salad bar someone was sitting right next to us and our food was on the table. If I go out for dinner, I'd like to be able to talk, but the music was that loud. I couldn't hear my partner speaking to me. My pizza was doughy and not cooked. The night just got worse. While eating, we felt uneasy like we were putting the staff out by being there. While eating a member of staff tried to take our food, we had to say we were still eating. A table full of food? I've never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment in all my life. Never would I return to this restaurant, and I wouldn't ever visit Pizza Hut again. I'm not sure if this place has problems with customers walking out before paying, but still, maybe don't make paying customers feel like criminals. While I'm eating, also i don't want to see someone sweeping and moping, making me think you're closing, and again, I need to rush. It's not hygienic either.

Avoid like the plague poor customer service trialling some new ordering and paying system because the waitresses and waiters are too lazy to take your order anymore you also have to pay upfront for yourself because they think you're going to steal it or run out on your order and when questioned about it why you have to now pay upfront and order at the till instead of have your order taken at your table they say that's how Nando's do it well Pizza Hut is not Nando's so why try and copy them very first thing I noticed when I walked in the tool and Q interior to order your food and pay for it is completely blocking the entrance so anybody waiting to come in is blocking loads of one's exit absolute joke trying to get in and having to move out the way 6 times because you're waiting to be seated actually got seated after about 15 minutes went to pay for food and then have a buffet to find that only got 4 sets of pizza at any one time so not enough on the buffet area to come out the entire restaurant so even more waiting time to actually get some food on your plate to take back to your table I do have to wait till they bring something fresh out because it's usually only the stuff people don't want left in the Bath area so you're always waiting for that fresh pizza to be put out overall completely unsatisfied with the experience ended up getting a refund instead of actually sitting in to eat why change something that's not broken instead of fixing something that is for example not putting out enough buffet selection if the new system stays in place I won't be going back to Pizza Hut again as one of the reasons I like Pizza Hut with their system on ordering...

I haven't been to a pizza hut buffet, since our local one closed down many years ago.

We were heading that way, for a day out for the sons 12th Birthday. And thought, why not?

And it was 100% the correct decision, quickly seated. We were slightly confused initially on what to do however. As you have to be seated. Then sort of, book your "table" while seated yourself online. However, the staff member was more than happy to advise.

On to the food and drink, I am not usually a massive pizza eater. However, as I hadn't been here in years, it was another reason for coming. And, I do love a salad bar. The pizza was bang on! The cheese, the dough, the toppings all excellent. I can never order a takeaway pizza from a local pizza shop, as they are so bad. The salad bar the same, lovely and fresh.

All food was replenished regularly and eagerly watched by a member of staff. So, there was never waiting around, and the pizzas changed regularly as well.

The same when the icecream machine ran out, member of staff informed and soon topped up. Again, I dont eat icecream very often, but that was really nice icecream Lovely and clean restaurant. Tables and sides cleaned quickly, clean toliets.

The staff seem to work well together, well oiled ship. Good top up drink selection. Prices were really good as well, and the children eat for £1 offer.

Will definitely return, even with the drive out....
