Poor service don’t believe the picture and the food . When asked at the till how many skewers was told 3 and the picture showed 3 when getting the food got 2. When asking the person who served they checked and then said sorry it’s 2 for the pork because they are big. False advertising!!!!! Asked for the manager got a death stare and why? Then the ‘let me explain’ then another member of staff got involved and raised her voice. Not professional at all need customer service training. Considering I spend £28.60! On two meal I was expecting the chicken to be cooked very quickly I realised the chicken wasn’t cooked my partner take it back only to be treated like she was in the wrong told it was a leg piece which if wasn’t staff handed it back to my partner like that was enough of a reason for it to be under cooked she’s asked the staff to replace the meal and she just put it back in the grill for a few minutes after when it came back out was cooked in places but not other as you can see below ! Not sure whats happened here lately, I am a regular customer, the last twice I have been there has been issues. The first time the wrong dip was spread on my wrap, when I told the lady instead of giving me a fresh wrap she scraped the dip off in front of me & used the same wrap! Today I have been, there is hardly any meat in my wrap… £11.70 for a wrap & some hollumi on the side I expect the same portion as I am usually served. Used to love this place probably...
