We were on a family holiday and visited your show bar O’Gradys on the 21st August 2022 at approx 7pm. We sat down browsing the menu, we were about to order when we were approached by a member of staff telling us they were no longer serving food due to it being so busy. As you can imagine we were quite disappointed and told the staff member so. The attitude we received was disgusting my dad told the staff member that we were very disappointed as it was only 7pm and didn’t look very busy compared to the previous night. You staff member began walking away and turn to my dad and said quote “that’s not my problem”. I am disgusted with how we were spoken to by the member of staff and quite frankly will never visit this establishment again. I will advise all of my family, friends and even acquaintances to only visit if then wish to be treated like...
Read moreWe attended with 3 adults and 1 child. Purchased one alcohol drink. 3 adult meals and 1 kids meal. The bill total was just shy of £58. The atmosphere, music and food was great and I'd definitely recommend others visit. A good selection of food on the menu adds to the visit, with gammon, Cajun chicken and a variety of burgers to name a few. In addition, the free 'music bingo' was great to play during our meal. The only downer, if I'm honest, was the cost of the cans of pop. Obviously, bars have to make a profit, but I thought £2.50 for a 330ml can was over the top. Didn't let it dampen my thoughts on the rest of the...
