We were on a family holiday and visited your show bar O’Gradys on the 21st August 2022 at approx 7pm. We sat down browsing the menu, we were about to order when we were approached by a member of staff telling us they were no longer serving food due to it being so busy. As you can imagine we were quite disappointed and told the staff member so. The attitude we received was disgusting my dad told the staff member that we were very disappointed as it was only 7pm and didn’t look very busy compared to the previous night. You staff member began walking away and turn to my dad and said quote “that’s not my problem”. I am disgusted with how we were spoken to by the member of staff and quite frankly will never visit this establishment again. I will advise all of my family, friends and even acquaintances to only visit if then wish to be treated like common muck.
