The Coffee Pot — Restaurant in East Lindsey

As you can see from the review below we loved this place and had some great experiences up until the last time we went a few mths ago Started like every other time went in and up to the till waiting 5 mins to speak to server as they where too busy talking while we waited you could see into the kitchen and sat on on of the counter was a baby playing now i understand that this might not be a popular review but a home kitchen isnt a good place for a baby to play never mind a professional kitxhen serving food to the public i hope they sanitised everything and kept a close eye on the little one at the bar we then ordered and payed for our coffee they showed us to a table said they would come back in a few and off they went back to chatting. The table was a little dirty and could have done with a wipe but it was getting to closing time so we though they might have just forgot we will tell them when they take our order after waiting 15 mins we gave up waiting and we left as we walked out they where still talking. Please note there was 2 tables in at that time so they weren't busy So in the end we went over they road and got great food coffee and service at busy bees

Having noticed this place whilst looking at where to eat on Google, we thought it looked nice so popped in on the last day of our stay in Mablethorpe, and we weren't disappointed 😁

I had a veggie breakfast and it's by far the nicest one I've had anywhere, when it comes there's always one thing I decide I don't like today haha (including when I make one at home - to put in to perspective me as a fussy eater..I don't like chips or cheese that tastes of cheese haha 🙈) but everything was absolutely lovely, I completely cleared my plate which is a first. So a major compliment there!

My partner had a non veggie breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed his too. And we both had a milkshake, which were also very nice!

The cafe was immaculately clean and had obviously been recently done out, comfy seats, very covid safe, could tell everything was cooked fresh and hadn't been sat there for ages, fried potatoes were a really nice addition, very good prices, and the lady that served us was just lovely, absolutely cannot fault anything

Just gutted that we only discovered this place on the day we were going home, I can see us in there every morning for breakfast. Would like to try some of the other items on the menu - especially with them being licensed - great alternativei to a pub meal🍺

Will definitely be returning next time we visit!...

Having tried an extensive range of café’s across Mablethorpe and the surrounding region we discovered this absolute gem and have never looked back.

Being in a party of 7 we’ve sampled food from across the diverse menu and continue to be impressed. Their chiefs have some serious talent cooking up some of the best food even the seasoned travellers among us have EVER had! Delicious food combined with waitresses and owners who treat customers like family. Always going the extra mile to make us feel not only welcome, but valued and special.

I have never recommended anywhere more highly, if you want truly sublime food in a warm friendly atmosphere. The Coffee Pot is hands down the best café in...
