Remington Club bingo tonight. — Restaurant in East Lindsey

Went there last night for my birthday pub does not do a reserve on tables so it's first come first serve so we got a corner table .I meet with my family didn't know they was going to do a little something for my 40 birthday so the pub was still open to the public . I decided to leave at 9.30pm due to feeling under comfortable cause of a drunken person causing trouble that they still carried on serving even thou he couldn't stand . He was refused service till the then decided to send drinks and stuff flying . I suffer with mental health so this is the first time in months I had been out and my family r regular to this club due to living up here. When I left with my partner and kids . Then last lot of family left just after 10pm . To then find they had been slandered on Facebook by manger even thou names wasn't mentioned the time was mentioned and apparently just buying a few drink to witch my partner spent over £60 . To I made contact with the club 2day to speak to the landlady . But she refused to speak to me and put me on the manager and the manager was rude and aggressive and wouldn't even accept they was in the wrong and not even sorry for what had happened and chose to put the phone down on me

Weather the Facebook is a personal one . U still have no right to slander customers weather u mention names or not . Like I have said I have lived and worked in the pub trade . Me, my partner and our friends had gone away for a weekend and have always really enjoyed Mablethorpe, despite being told by a bouncer in a local pub not to visit The Remington, we still decided to go. We had been there for about 10 minutes and an extremely rude staff member approached my partner accusing him of going into the ladies toilets whilst there was “children running around.” As I’m sure any normal person can imagine, accusations such as this are very distressing, and my partner was quite disturbed by this as it is painting him out to be something he is not. We asked for them to review the CCTV and we were met with reluctance as they were “too busy” which is funny because all the staff members weren’t too busy to come all guns blazing to confront us. They justified their accusations by saying “a local was the one who reported it.” Following on from this we demanded they reviewed the CCTV, which they finally agreed. As expected, when they reviewed the footage the person who was actually spotted going into the toilets looked nothing like my partner and was wearing an outfit completely different. Still, we were met with aggression and reluctance to apologise. Seems like a place where they only want their regulars, will not be going back and...

Lovely venue, singer was great and bingo was also great. Lady collecting glasses was one of the most friendly bar staff I have met. Only downfall was my 6 year old playing pool very rude bar lady with pink/purple hair came over and said oi, snatched the ball and que from her and said you can’t play that. No signs stating kids can not play, she had been playing in the other room all evening.

The problem is not the sign it’s the way the staff member snatched and spoke to my child. When I approached you and told you what had happened you replied with ok.
