Uncle Barry's Cafe Ltd — Restaurant in East Lindsey

Me and my wife called here for 2 Cappuccino coffees on Friday 05/07/19, we were served by a tall slim lad with Brown hair, he asked if we wanted chocolate sprinkled on top which we said yes, he then put his hand in a tin and sprinkled the chocolate with his fingers, I should have said how un hygienic it was but we took our drinks outside and sat down to drink them, trying to avoid the chocolate sprinkled on top, whilst we were there a lady sat down to give her large Poodle and a Puppy some ice cream, and the lad who served us was stroking both dogs and also took hold of the Puppy to stroke and kiss, I just hope for the sake of others he washed his hands after doing this, it makes us wonder how clean his hands were before using his fingers to sprink the chocolate on our Cappuccinos. Surely the sprinkles should come out of a shaker instead of using fingers, this has not left us with good memories of...

Called in today with my partner for a hot chocolate whilst out for a stroll along the beach front. Everything was very clean and tidy inside, it was well stocked and there was some good music playing. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the service was really good. Our drinks were delicious, very milky and frothy and very reasonably priced. The lady who served us was even kind enough to ensure the chocolate drink was actually up to the top of our mugs and not just froth. We chose to sit outside looking out across the sand and sea, as the sun was out. Everything was clean and tidy outside too....

Ridiculously expensive. We paid £5 for 1 egg, 1 sausage and beans. Refused to allow us to swap bacon for sausage (tried to charge us extra) and we had to pay extra for toast (this should come with breakfast) £4.40 for 4 slices of toast. We ended up paying over £35 for average breakfasts! Nothing special about it, tinned microwave food and undercooked eggs. We tried to go the day before and it was closed far earlier than stated!
